"He replaced an air conditioner and handler with a different size A/C. Devin met us at our rental house and gave us a price to replace an air conditioner and handler. He came back and did the beginning work by adding a return and fixing tapes on the duct work. He came back and with his helper changed out the unit with a new unit and finished the other work. He cleaned up and left areas very clean and neat. He seemed very honest and respectful and a pleasure to do business with. We will use Devin for any work we have on any of our rental houses or our own house when we need air conditioning work done. We are glad we found him. "It didn't end there. My thermostat didn't stop running. Despite the inside air feeling great, the thermostat wouldn't go lower than 90 degrees. I called Devin about 7:00 PM. He was concerned about the unit running all night and came back by 9:00 PM and replaced the thermostat. Early Wednesday morning Devin called me to find out how everything was doing. "Provided immediate service to lack of air conditioning. We returned from our vacation to find we had no air. The temp being in the 90's and the heat index feeling like 103, we call Devin and as he was away on his vacation, called a back up to assist us. Devin's back up responded immediately to find a broken fan motor. With that we decided to replace the unit as it has had multiple repairs. On Sunday when Devin returned home, he phoned us and told us the bad news that he was so busy he wouldn't be able to replace a unit till Friday. He did give hopes of finding a fan motor to hold us until he can get to us. So he did just that by showing up on Monday with the part. Unfortunately, the compressor had given out also. Still no air! Tuesday morning at 8:30 as promised, Devin was at work with his helper Toby replacing our air unit and handler. Devin and Toby worked all day without stopping for lunch or even asking for anything. Before 4:00 p.m., job was complete. Cold air!"

"Installed a new A/C unit for my single story home. When my A/C wasn't working as well as it had in the past I called Just TCB Air Conditioning and within an hour the owner, Devin, was knocking at my front door. He examined the unit and tried to get it going again, but after 20 years, the unit was 'done'. I asked for a quote for a new unit and Devin said he would email me the quote within 24 hours, which he did. He gave me two options, the first being a unit that was equivalent to what I had had and the second option was an upgraded version. I opted for the second option. TCB said they would be at my house on the morning of Tuesday, and they were promptly on time. Worked all day, but by that evening, I had an A/C unit that has given me good service from that day forward. Everything that Devin said he would do, he has done. Including getting me the warranty, calling me to confirm everything was working fine. A month later receiving an email from his wife making sure all was well."

"Inspected and charged an A/C unit that I have in a rental unit. GREAT SERVICE!!!!! I called Devin and l/m describing my problem with an A/C unit that I have in a rental property in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. I live just outside of Phoenix, AZ. Devin promptly returned my call and said he would be out to inspect the unit within 24 hours as I had renters coming in by mid-day 2 days from then. A few hours later -- I received another call and it was Devin! He had gone out to the property that evening, inspected and charged the unit. It was 7 PM EDT when he called me which means he had gone to the property after he finished his other calls and inspected my unit!! I never expected him to do anything that day. He informed me the unit needed a freon charge but recommended a complete inspection/leak check when no one was in the rental. I have had to charge the unit 3 times in less than 3 years which indicated a potential leak. Devin was courteous, very professional and knowledgeable."

"First Devin provided a leak detection service and freon refill very reasonably. When internal and external leaks were found, a thorough explanation of system options were explained and an estimate delivered. On day of install (was done on a Saturday also!), he arrived promptly with three people to work on the installation. My unit was upstairs so drop cloths were even put down first to keep carpeting and stairs clean. Very thorough, efficient, and the unit price and install was very reasonable (did some outside price comparison - 15 sear unit). I found them after a different A/C company tried to talk me into $699.00 for leak detection and then the need for about $3k of uv lights, filters, and surge protector BEFORE they had even tested for leak. Just TCB is very trustworthy and I am glad I found them. Would and have recommended them to friends."
